Remote server does not answer

Atomic Sender is blocked on port 25 either by your ISP or firewall/antivirus. Make sure that the port set up in smtp settings of Atomic Sender is not blocked and smtp server address is correct.

How to do that: the easiest way is to contact your ISP to enquire port status. If they claim that port is open, try entering alternative ports into settings - common settings - smtp tab (double click on mail server address). Change port 25 subsequently to 587, 26, 2525, 80.
